Shipping & Delivery Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to Online Kadaii, operating in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

1. Delivery Area
We currently deliver only within a 10 kilometer radius from our place of business in Chennai.

2. Mode of Delivery
All deliveries are made directly by our in-house delivery team.
We do not use third-party courier or logistics services.

3. Delivery Timeline
Orders are typically delivered on the same day or within the time slot confirmed at the time of order placement, subject to availability and operational conditions.

4. Delivery Charges
Delivery charges, if applicable, will be clearly communicated at the time of order confirmation.

5. Failed Delivery
If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery or provides an incorrect address, the order may not be re-delivered due to the perishable nature of the products.

6. Inspection at Delivery
Customers are requested to inspect the products at the time of delivery. Any concerns must be reported immediately.
